| Meet with client representatives to review packaging criteria and establish project goals. |
| Product sensitivity for thermal and transportation needs are evaluated and determined. This criteria is based on the conditions as provided by the client. |
| Profiles are determined based on typical ambient temperatures that the package will be subject to during shipment. These profiles must be determined based on the worse typical conditions of the shipping carrier. |
| Based on the mutually determined and ambient stress profiles, Source will calculate the initial thermal properties needed to obtain the necessary thermal and transportation requirements. |
| Preliminary designs of the package are made according to the prior criteria and determination. These are design and concepts that are adequate for prototype construction and package feasibility. |
| Determination of Transportation Testing |
| Source will assist the client in determining the level of transportation testing that should be executed. The level of this testing will be determined by shipping methods as well as any regulatory requirements. |
| "Design" Thermal Testing |
| Assembled prototype packages are tested according to thermal profile and protocol by an independent laboratory. |
| Transportation Testing |
| Pending determined testing standards: ISTA, DOT, UN Compliant |
| Component and Assembly Specification and Drawings |
| Final drawings of package components and assembly to be submitted and reviewed. Drawings will be submitted on hard-copy as well as electronic file. |
| Determine Qualification Validations Requirements |
| Develop Protocol Coordinate and QC all materials Manage qualification testing and coordination of reports Source will completely manage any temperature qualification testing that is determined to be required. |
